About Powerbrokers Advance opportunities
One of the overarching aims of the Cultural Leadership Programme is to enhance the diversity of current and future leaders in the cultural and creative industries. Powerbrokers is designed to drive forward the change needed to diversify the leadership of the cultural and creative industries by prioritising BAME leadership development.
Powerbrokers Advance: Aarohan-Ahead
Following on from the successful and inspiring Aarohan leadership development programme for emerging leaders within the arts/cultural and creative sector, Aarohan Ahead brings the lessons and innovations to this new programme.
Powerbrokers Advance: PowerLab
PowerLab is a nine-month intensive leadership programme designed to appeal to BME high-flyers who are looking for opportunities that will stretch their proven abilities as creative producers, often hard won as self-starters working independently.
Powerbrokers Advance: The Hot House
The Hot House aims to support and equip individuals with the skills needed to lead cultural organisations. The programme will also help to develop the capacity to engage with diverse societies and operate effectively in a globalised world.
