From September 2006 the Delivery Partnership has employed a small core staff team, led by Director Hilary Carty, to manage the delivery of the Programme. Working with the Board and Delivery Partners, the team aims to deliver a programme that creates an infrastructure for the future whilst offering a dynamic range of leadership opportunities.
