A range of models of leadership learning through placements, shadowing leaders across the cultural and creative industries to develop leadership competencies within the UK and internationally.
Artist / Practitioner Leadership Development Placements
Artist / Practitioner Leadership Development Placements were aimed at supporting the leadership development of artist / practitioners who had aspirations to lead through practice, and wished to gain experience through working within organisations on creative projects.
Networks
Developed leadership skills through networking with peers, whether these were discipline, issue or geographically based. Activity included mentoring, co mentoring, shadowing, placements, coaching and action learning sets.
Coaching, Mentoring, Facilitation
Provided mentoring and coaching opportunities for leaders and equipped leaders with coaching, mentoring and facilitation skills.

An essential kit for your career, Creative Choices is a website for the cultural and creative industries, developed by Creative & Cutural Skills and supported by the Cultural Leadership Programme providing information, support and tools for leaders at all levels.
