Responding to the huge demand for the first set of Dynamics of Leadership Coaching days, CLP offered five Introduction Days in Leadership Coaching Skills led by Carol Wilson & Deborah Barnard.
Candidates were given the option to follow the Introduction Days in Leadership Coaching Skills with a four-day Foundation Course in Leadership Coaching Skills, with an optional fifth day for accreditation. The course will be accredited by PTC (Performance Coach Training).
