CLP@ICA: Developing Entrepreneurs as Leaders
The ICA has already developed The Club - monthly development events for cultural entrepreneurs and the creative industries and built on this to deliver:
ยท Pecha Kucha - a rapid-fire format where eminent creative professionals alternate presentations with entrepreneurial participants, covering 20 slides for 20 seconds each as a means of gauging creative presentation and leadership skills. Pecha Kucha was the first stage of an extended mentoring programme running over 4-6 months.

Due to the huge success of the first workshop held in September, the Developing Entrepreneurs as Leaders strand of the CLP repeated the Discovering Voices Workshop at the ICA during the week commencing 14th January 2008.
Upon completion of the first workshop in September, an enthused participant from a cultural organisation commented: "The course will make a massive difference to my life and the way I navigate through my professional and personal narrative".
