Committing to undertaking leadership development over and above a busy working life is a challenge. With the CLP’s intensive learning programme we wanted to enhance opportunities for cultural leaders to take short periods of time away from their day job to focus exclusively on leadership development.

Working with key providers, the Cultural Leadership Programme offered a variety of different opportunities for intensive leadership development. These included the Clore Short Courses, Leadership Development Days, Coaching Skills for Leaders and Advanced Leadership in the Creative Industries.
