Current Projects

The Cultural Leadership Programme delivers and commissions a wide ranging suite of leadership development provision to enhance the strength and diversity of our cultural leaders.

Leadership Advance-Making Diversity Work

Leadership Advance seeks to address the 21stCentury cultural leadership agenda for a diverse society. We believe that the intellectual, creative, social and economic capital embedded in diversity has yet to be fully realised. The cultural sector has made great strides but has not always responded as richly or imaginatively to diversity in all its aspects, as it might.

Leading in London

Leading in London placements are aimed at emerging and mid-career Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) (1.) or Deaf and disabled leaders who want to develop their leadership skills and behaviours in a work environment through shadowing a leader and undertaking key projects with guidance and support.

Clore Board Development

Clore Short Leadership Courses

Leadership Development Days

Designed to support and enhance the leadership potential of black, Asian and ethnic minority people, disabled people and those working in micro-businesses (1-5 staff) in the cultural and creative industries.

An eclectic and dynamic range of leadership opportunities for emerging and mid-career leaders, encouraging ‘learning through doing’, with the expectation that the transition from shadowing to delivering will be a quick one. Each placement will be guided and supported by some of the most respected leaders and organisations in the industry.
